Erica Edwards

Erica Edwards is the treasurer of NWPPA. She has been a member since February of 2024. Currently, she is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Psychology at Penn State Erie. Her professional interests align with conducting research, primarily in investigating how individual differences influence nonliteral language such as metaphor, sarcasm, and humor. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology. She notes that NWPPA offers a diverse community of skilled professionals, providing members with an extensive network of potential connections.
